Check out the website for Sustainable Freedom Lab. Not only are they bringing news about how Sustainable Development – Agenda 21 – is being foisted upon our local communities, but they also offer methods of stopping it at the local level.
One story, HUD eCon: Government Planning is Coming to Your Communityoffers a resolution document that can be used to help protect private property. Here is what the website says about it:
“Planners’ Resolution to Protect Property Rights” (Download)
“This document stopped a recent town planning meeting dead in its tracks! The “Planners’ Resolution to Protect Property Rights” has been tested and is changing the face of the fight to save property rights. Planners are asked to sign an agreement notifying citizens of potential infringements to their property rights if their plan is implemented. Individuals are offered a chance to opt out. One official was caught like a “deer in headlights” when presented with the document. Formerly non-committal community members felt there was no reason not to sign. This single document places planners and government agencies on the defensive. At our first seminar, we will explain in detail how to introduce and follow this document to return property rights to the planning process.”
